EMA Conducted Staff Capacity Building Training on BSC

The Ethiopian Medical Association organized and conducted a training on Balanced Scorecard, from Mar.16 to 20, 2015, for 19 staff of the secretariat office and chapter offices.

The aim of the training was to build the capacity of EMA staff on BSC system that will enable them align their day to day activities to the vision and strategy of the organization, improve internal and external communications, and monitor organization performance against strategic goals.

The training was organized as parts of the activities of the USAID capacity building project that EMA is currently undertaking.
